Colored Pencil Portrait Work

I went back to my roots--to realism and my love of colored pencils. Ahhh, the blending of Prismacolor can't be beat. Little hard on my neck by the end, but I love the way it turned out--and my client did too! Lighting makes the colors look so different. . .

I have this wicked cool commission to paint a carousel horse. I am have about 18 hours into it, and a long way to go, but I am having fun!
